exercise your mind , just like your body.
If you are anything like me then I enjoy working out and being active. I plan my workouts everyday and look forward to going to the gym. It has always been goal of mine to keep my body in shape and acting on full cylinders. Everyday seeing better results then the last, pushing your body to the limits. My diet is also an important aspect of my lifestyle. I eat well to supplement what I do in the gym.
What about exercise for the mind?….
Fuel your brain , exercise , exercise , exercise…..In my opinion the mind should be exercised just as much or more then the body. The mind can be stimulated from so many angles. You are working your mind all of the time. When you are reading ,having a conversation,writing, and when you are playing games….you are working your mind.
The brain is such a vital part of our body but yet we neglect it most of the time. We should be stimulating the mind through activities. Don’t let yourself become sedentary. Challenge yourself. Personally I make an effort to stimulate from different angles. I produce music, my career, writing on my blog , playing video games(you would be surprised how much it actually helps concentration).
This has been on my mind (literally) for quite some time and I thought it would be a useful post for some. Take from it what you can I guess.
